Additionally, the capital city of Ireland receives over 1,300 online searches every month, showcasing its popularity among travelers seeking a summer escape.

Taking the top spot as the most picturesque summer destination in Europe is London, with an impressive 175,000 Instagram posts tagged with #SummerinLondon. The English capital also sees a high volume of Google searches, with an average of 4,400 global searches for ‘summer in London’ each month.

Paris closely followed London, ranking second with over 161,000 Instagram posts under the hashtag #SummerinParis. The city of love and lights also boasts the highest global search volume, with an average of 5,400 searches per month for ‘summer in Paris’.

In third place is Berlin, with 66,674 Instagram posts featuring the hashtag #SummerinBerlin, while Athens secured the fourth spot with 28,877 Instagram posts highlighting its beauty.

On a global scale, New York emerged as the most picturesque city in the world during the summer, with 36,773 Instagram posts capturing its summertime allure, accompanied by 6,600 Google searches per month. Following New York, Dubai claimed the second spot worldwide, with Chicago coming in third. Sydney and Seattle rounded out the top five positions.
