New stunning skyscraper in Dubai with boutique hotel revealed by Aldar

The Real Estate powerhouse Aldar is making waves in Dubai’s skyline with the announcement of a stunning new tower set to rise on Sheikh Zayed Road. Known for their successful projects in Abu Dhabi, Aldar is now venturing into Dubai’s market with this ambitious development.

Situated on the fringes of DIFC, this new skyscraper is slated to be a Grade A office building with additional retail and restaurant spaces. The prospect of flagship stores and trendy eateries populating this futuristic tower has the community buzzing with excitement.

Apart from commercial offerings, the tower will also feature branded residences and a boutique luxury hotel. While details about the hotel remain scarce, the renders give us a glimpse of a cutting-edge design and a rooftop urban garden, promising a luxurious experience for guests.

Scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2027, the tower’s location on the same side of Sheikh Zayed Road as Gevora, the world’s tallest hotel, positions it as a prime real estate asset. In addition to this landmark project, Aldar has recently acquired 6 Falak, a fully occupied office building in Dubai Internet City. With a total investment of Dhs1.8 billion in these two properties, Aldar is solidifying its presence in Dubai’s thriving business districts.

Anticipated openings include Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, Delano on Bluewaters Island, and Mama Shelter in Business Bay. The arrival of Six Senses on The Palm in 2025, Mandarin Oriental in Downtown Dubai, and the exclusive island resort Zuha on the World Islands will further enrich the city’s hospitality offerings.
